Great for outdoors as a throwdown mat to drastically reduce maintenance in high wear areas, or can be glued down to concrete or asphalt for a more permanent installation. Also, use it indoors to protect flooring. Ideal for batting tunnels, dugouts, coaches’ boxes, locker rooms, on-deck circles, bullpens, and other wear areas. Constructed from an extremely dense 36 oz pile weight (overall turf measures approximately ¾” thick). Engineered with a spring set “coil” shape that prevents cleats from making contact with the primary backing, and provides a softer, more realistic feel. Our mats feature a heavy-duty, 5 mm Urelon foam cushion backing with scrim to protect the padding from abrasion.
