I can’t get logged in to my account, what should I do?

Your login name is your email address so make sure what you enter is correct.  If you still cannot log in, let us know and we will can check your account and help you log in.

 

I forgot my password, how do I get it?

Click on “My Account” link on the home page.  In the “Registered Customers” area, you’ll see a link that says “Forgot my password”.  Click that link and follow the instructions. If you still cannot reset your password, let us know and we can help.

 

When will I receive my order?

We process your order immediately upon receiving it.  Please keep in mind that, while we make every effort to ship your items within 24 hours after receipt of your order, shipping and lead times do vary depending upon products purchased.  Please be aware that some products ship from an alternate warehouse and require additional processing time.  Due to increased order volume during peak seasons & during periods of inclimate weather, you may experience longer delivery times. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.  

We ship FedEx or UPS ground and common carrier.

If you need faster shipping, please make sure to select the “I Need it Faster” option during checkout.  Simply let us know the level of service you need and we’ll get back to you with a shipping estimate.  Please note that priority will be given to air shipments and time in transit for all shipments does not include weekends or holidays.  All air shipments must be received no later than 12:00pm Eastern Time in order to be shipped the same day.  
 

What if something I want is on back order?

If an item you want is on back order, you may add it to your cart and we will ship the item as soon as it becomes available.

 

Why didn’t I receive everything I ordered?

You may have ordered items that ship from different locations so you could get more than one delivery over multiple days. 

 

How do I check the status of my order?

If you want to check the status of a back ordered item, or if you have not received your package, simply let us know and we’re always happy to help.

 

How do I track my order?

If you have shared your email address with us, we will email your tracking number for all orders that ship from our location. If your items shipped from a different warehouse, tracking is not available on line.  If you can’t track your packages on line, let us know and we’ll be happy to track them for you.  If you aren’t getting our emails, please check your spam filter. You also have access to tracking information by logging into your account.

 

What if I have a problem with my order?

Always inspect all packages for damage and shortage immediately upon their delivery. If you see any problems you should note the exact nature of the problem on the delivery receipt before accepting any packages. Take pictures as necessary and contact us immediately at 800-264-2419.

 

How long does it take to receive a credit after I make a return?

We process your credit immediately upon receipt of returned items. Credit card companies and issuing banks vary widely in how quickly they will place the credit on your account. With some banks, it could take up to 21 days.

 

Can I get an invoice or a receipt?

We mail a copy of your itemized invoice when your order has shipped. If you have paid for your order, we will mail you an itemized paid receipt.
