Filter Cloth For Super Soppers

Use the Filter Cloth with the Mackerel (#01446) or Dolphin (#01423) Super Soppers to dry up the playing field, preventing cancelled games or turf damage from standing water. The Filter Cloth extends the life of the Super Sopper as well as provides traction across the slippery mud.

Super Soppers are large capacity water removers with a round, mobile drub surrounded by a foam pad. The foam pad absorbs the water as the user pushes the sopper across the wet ground. A roller then squeezes the water into the drum. When the surface is muddy and slippery, especially infield areas after heavy rain, the Filter Cloth offers additional assistance in clean-up. Place the cloth on the wet, muddy surface and it separates the water from the mud. This provides a cleaner surface for the user to walk on, minimizes the amount of mud adhering to the foam pad or entering the sopper drum, and allows the sopper to roll across the surface rather than sliding.

The Filter Cloth measures 14 x 20ft and covers large areas of sports turf at a time. Use on baseball infields or outfields, soccer and football fields, golf greens and fairways. It is not recommended for use on tennis courts as it could pull up the clay. Hose it off thuroughly and hang dry immediately after use. Doing this while the mud is still wet will ensure its reusability.
